Digital Marketing Tools

It’s true; today’s digital marketers survive depending on some digital trading tools. It is considered that modern marketers will have to rely on thousands of digital marketing tools. Whether we are mining data or fine-tuning our social influence, relying on the right digital marketing tools means saving time and staying sane.

We set out to organize a series of tools that are very useful for marketers of all shapes and sizes. After all, no two marketing teams are equal in their strategies. Whether you are a small team or are looking for enterprise-level digital marketing tools, you can meet your needs.

Please note that the following order is just for organizing tools and does not indicate a preference. If there is time, we will use them all.

Digital Marketing Tools by Strategy:

Organic Social Media Tools

According to the data of September 2017, Facebook has more than 2 billion monthly active users, Twitter has 320 million, and Instagram has more than 700 million. With so many people spending huge time socially, it has become one of the most important channels for brands to use. This is why social media management tools have become a staple of large and small companies.

1. Sprout Social

You don’t recriminate us for talking about Sprout Social first, do you?

Although Sprout Social may lag behind a large number of digital marketing tools, we are still some of the largest users and brand advocates of the companies mentioned below.

Sprout Social is an enterprise-oriented social media management and participation platform that allows brands to easily and effectively interact with current and potential customers. We believe that Sprout’s features and functions can prove everything!

But really, why Sprout? Glad you asked.

With the development of social media, consumer expectations for transparency, authenticity, and brand connections have also increased.

To not only meet and exceed these expectations, you need a social media management solution to enhance your capabilities.

This is just one of the reasons to try Sprout Social. However, don’t just believe our words.

2. Wyng

Wyng (formerly known as Offerpop) is an interactive marketing platform dedicated to attracting interaction through user-generated content, theme activities, recommendation programs, quizzes, contests, etc. They are committed to changing the way global brands attract and change today’s mobile and social consumers. In addition, it has a built-in analytical dashboard that can monitor the execution of any running campaign.

3. Woobox

Like Wing, Woobox is a social media engagement platform that ensures interactive content. The platform may be the most famous as a turnkey solution for hosting social giveaways and contests (especially Instagram contests). From randomly selecting #hashtag entries to selecting winners, you don’t need to spend a lot of energy to compete or give gifts through WooBox’s social activities.

The functions of social networking sites go far beyond organic functions. A paid platform can put your brand ahead of a large number of active users that you cannot reach. The main social network has a large amount of data on its users, so positioning can become extremely refined and effective, making the social network an ideal place to pay for display fees.

4. Nanigans

Nanigans is a multi-channel advertising software focused on Facebook marketing. Its software can access Facebook Exchange (FBX) for relocation, and it can use many other tools to improve location efficiency. Nanigans is the tool of choice for companies like Zynga, Wayfair, and Rovio.

The detailed parameters of the platform ensure that you can accurately locate the desired object. At the same time, you can set limits to avoid wasting your budget.

Email Marketing Tools

The first email was sent in 1971, so it is strange that it still plays an important role in the entire digital marketing. E-mail usage continues to grow by about 4% year on year, and there is no indication that it will slow down anytime soon.

7. MailChimp

MailChimp represents the absolute giant in the field of email marketing, and its users sent more than 250 billion emails last year. The advantages of MailChimp are the availability of the platform and price tags that float according to the size of the email list. Over the past few years, advertisements from websites that we have visited or shopped “follow us” have become popular quickly. 11. AdRoll

AdRoll is one of the most well-known names in the retargeting field, with more than 35,000 advertisers. Programmatic Advertising Tools

Programmatic advertising refers to the use of software to automatically purchase media from online and offline channels. In other words, advertisements are automatically purchased and displayed based on data. The two biggest benefits of using programmatic media buying solutions are that you can reduce the time spent searching for the best advertising network. Secondly, you can access the vast amount of data that most of these companies can access.

Rocket Fuel provides a self-service platform and hosting services.

15. Simpli. fi

Simple. fi distinguishes itself from other tools by making full use of unstructured audience data. This means-unlike other tools on the market-Simple. fi does not need to rely on pre-made audiences to classify audience data. This is a big advantage when dealing with large amounts of data.

Website Testing Tools

When making people convert on your landing page, the smallest changes can make the biggest difference. By simply changing the color of the call-to-action, you can distinguish the difference between getting a free trial registration and someone bouncing. Of the digital marketing tools in the toolbox, any feature that can help you test or optimize your website for conversion is an important advantage.

16. Unbounce

Video Hosting Sites

By 2021, video content is expected to account for 80% of all network traffic. Therefore, the video has become a necessary condition for marketing, rather than “extra” or secondary channels. Creating and publishing videos takes a lot of energy, so make sure to attract as much attention as possible. A reliable method is to host it on some popular video platforms, which will attract a large audience outside of YouTube.

21. Wistia

We have worked with Wistia in the past to develop content. The company is a group of many people. The team is not only shaken, but it is also very useful for brands that want to host, customize, and share videos on the web. Affiliate Marketing Tools

The concept of affiliate marketing is simple: by becoming an affiliate marketer, allowing others to sell products on behalf of your brand. In turn, all you need to do is pay a percentage of each sale they generate. This may be an effective channel because people tend to trust friends and brand advocates rather than companies in sales. In addition, safety nets are involved here, because you only have to pay for the sales generated by these people.

Here is a list of the other digital marketing tools you should know in 2020.

  1. Google Trends

a simple but effective tool is Google Trends. It can help you track trends in a niche market and view trends before starting or investing in a campaign. You can also check specific areas of interest.

2. Google Keyword Planner

Therefore, there are two opinions about the Google Keyword Tool, some people like it, some people hate it, and some think its data is misleading.
I will not tell you what I think, I will only tell you how to use it in the best way.
What is the Google Keyword Tool?
This is a feature in Google Adwords, which I will discuss later in this article. It is located in the “Tools” tab.
It is similar to Google Trends but gives you actual numbers you can use.

3. Ahrefs

Therefore, there are two opinions about the Google Keyword Tool, some people like it, some people hate it, and some think its data is misleading.
I will not tell you what I think, I will only tell you how to use it in the best way.

It is similar to Google Trends but gives you actual numbers you can use.

4. AppAnnie

If you are an app developer or marketing manager for a startup company that owns apps, you need App Annie.
It is the best tool to track competitors in almost all app stores.
This is a screenshot of how to use it.
In my opinion, the coolest feature is ASO (Applied Search Optimization).
Its role is to show you the ranking of your app on specific keywords in Google Play and Apple Store.
Based on this, you can edit the title and description when uploading a new version of the application.
It is real-time, so you can test different texts within a few days and see which text is more suitable for you.

5. Serpstat

Serpstat is also an excellent keyword tool I like, similar to Ahrefs. I mainly use it to compare data because some countries have more accurate data than other tools.
Recently, these guys have redesigned the dashboard and it now looks great.
This is a screenshot of the keyword tracking tool. You can also track competitors’ keywords, backlinks, etc.
It is very easy to use, you should check it.

6. SimilarWeb

SimilarWeb was the first tool I used to get ideas for the website.
Its role is to provide you with the estimated traffic of the site, the source of the traffic, the country/region, the basic concepts of the keywords the site is ranking for, and some other cool things.
I mainly use the Chrome extension they have because, as I said, it provides information that I need to decide whether to continue research, for example, when someone contacts me to make a review suggestion or the like, the website, and check The traffic to the site and its source.

7. Buzzsumo

Buzzsumo is a tool for content discovery. It will analyze a certain topic or competitor you provide and tell you the best performing content.
If you have author obstacles or want to see the best post about something, just type in and you will get the answer.
You can even check who has shared content on Twitter and contact them when you are ready.
Buzzsumo launched a question analyzer, which can help you find the most popular questions for any keyword in thousands of forums, including Amazon, Reddit, Quora, and Q&A sites.
Just enter the subject or brand name and you can instantly see the questions real people are asking. The results will be automatically filtered to clearly show the most common problems first.
This way, you can provide answers to people who are searching for your product or who need more information about it. You can also use it for market research and find suitable locations.

8. Facebook Audience Insights

One of the most powerful and underrated tools in existence. We know that Facebook has one of the best-targeted advertising systems established to date because it provides a lot of data for all of us. If you learn to use this tool, you will make your marketing work much easier.
The great thing is that it is super easy to use, and you won’t waste a lot of time figuring out how it works.
It can help you plan your Facebook Ads campaign in the best way.
You can check how many people can be attracted based on the country/region, interest, the equipment they use, behavior, habits, and even life events.
It shows demographic data, and for some countries, you can even search by household income.
In addition, you can also see what other interests the person you want to target and what is the best way to target them.
You can create an audience for your advertising campaign here, and then start using it immediately, without having to over and over again.

9. Facebook Ads

As you know, Facebook is the world’s largest social network, with an average of 25.5 billion monthly visits, an average session duration of 16 minutes and 5 seconds, and an estimated 14.36 per visit.
It is precise because of these numbers and the ability to collect data that I think Facebook Ads is currently the most powerful advertising network. Therefore, if you are not using it for marketing purposes, you should learn the method and start now!
Depending on the location of the users you target in your marketing channels, you can place a variety of ads on Facebook.

The type of advertising can explain everything, but I will try to use a few words to better explain them.

awareness

Increase brand awareness– use this type of advertising when you just want to attract as many people as you need so they can understand your brand
Coverage-Optimized to allow you to get the maximum risk exposure with money.
consider

Traffic– is one of the most common types of advertising used by Facebook marketers. Its role is to send traffic to your website. By default, its target audience is users who are more likely to click on your ads.

Interaction-This type of goal is used and optimized for you to maximize the interaction between the money you pay and the advertisement (post). Engagement includes likes (reactions), comments, sharing, clicks (on links or buttons, or page names, basically any clicks), and video viewing.

App installs– If you want to attract users to install an app, this is the type of ad you should place.

Get video views– I think this is one of the most powerful types of advertising, not only because of the explosion of videos on Facebook, but you can also create an audience based on how long people watch a particular video! This is great because you can create amazing automated channels based on how people interact with your content!

Collecting potential customers of companies- is another very powerful type of advertising, but underestimated by companies. You will see that the conversion rate on the landing page has many variables, one of which is page speed. With this type of Facebook advertising, you can even collect leads directly on Facebook without the user leaving. After receiving his email, you can use it by integrating with some of the largest email CRMs, or you can just download and use it as needed. Of course no spam!

Messages – News-2017 is the year of introducing chatbots to enterprises. Facebook is indeed trying to become a pioneer in this field, and so far, they have achieved success. This type of advertisement encourages people to send messages to your business. Using the Facebook Messenger SDK, you can create a bot that will display content to users based on messages sent to you. For example, you can give them some discounts, show them a product carousel, show them a video, etc. If you don’t have a chatbot, you must chat with users yourself. For many advertisers, this has proven to be a very profitable type of advertising.

Conversions

Improve conversions (mainly sales) on your website- my favorite type of advertising. To make it work, you need to set up Facebook Pixel in the correct way. This means you have to place it on every page of your website and report different events based on user behavior
For example, if a user is viewing a product on your website, the ViewContent event must be sent.
If he is in the shopping cart, he must send the AddtoCart event.
You must log in to the most important event of the “buy” event. You must use all the parameters included in “Purchase” to record it on the “Thank you” page.
This is a link to each event and all its parameters. Give it to your developers.

This is very important because, as I said, Facebook provides a lot of data for each of us, and based on these events, it can create the perfect buyer profile for you so that your advertising expenditures can get the best return on investment. Likewise, you can create lists with people who are similar to your perfect buyer (called “similar audiences”).

Promote product catalogs– this type of advertising is mainly aimed at people who own large stores. This is a dynamic remarketing ad. These types of ads are the most profitable for marketers because they can show the user the exact product he is viewing. With these types of ads, you can immediately show the user that the product can only be discounted by him, and in most cases will buy it. Dynamic ads can increase click-through rates and reduce cost per purchase! Now you can create custom product catalog ads by adding colors and discounts.
The best thing about Facebook ads is Pixel.

A pixel is a piece of code that helps you keep track of what users do on your website.
On this basis, you can create personalized ads, especially for them.
But this is not all.
Facebook is very good at targeting and it allows you to create audiences similar to the people you are following. They are called “Lookalike Audiences“.

You can create this audience for users who have already converted to your website or app.
Based on this, Facebook will create a profile and help you show ads to people who may also convert.
For it to work, Facebook needs to collect information so that it does not happen immediately.
The other thing is that you have to place the tracking pixel in some way so that it can track the user’s exact steps before they convert.

It may be a little difficult on some sites, but so far, this has brought me the highest ROI based on ad spend.

10. Google Adwords

Statistics from statista.com show that in 2015 alone, Google Adwords brought Google $67.39 billion in revenue.

It is one of the most commonly used and most complex advertising platforms ever.
Recently, it was redesigned. Some people like it, and some hate it.

The fact is that there is not much change in functionality.
Therefore, if you are a marketer, you need to learn how to use it. There is at least some basic knowledge because it is not a coincidence that people are hired just for doing Google Adwords.
Its function is very powerful, you will need a lot of time to learn all the things it can do.

I recommend the Google Partner Certification Program
Google Adwords is very important because you can use many channels to connect to Google through Adsense and Tap to Google Search.

There is nothing better than a Google search. You can immediately show people what they are looking for. When users see ads about what they search for, the conversion rate is much higher.
I believe everyone has seen it

You can locate them in very different ways.

Keywords-This means you can target websites or apps that match the keywords you want in context or include specific keywords in their content. For example, I want to locate an article on a website that is performing WordPress theme reviews. Then, I will choose the option to show ads only when the “best WordPress theme” appears in the site content.

Topics- Here you can target your website for certain topics. For example, you can target websites that usually write about SEO and affiliate marketing like this.

Interests and remarketing-This targeting method means you can target users based on Google that may be of interest to them. The cool thing is that there are two options. You can choose “Affinity Audiences”-target a large number of target groups based on their long-term interests, “Intentional Audiences”-attract users who are actively searching and comparing your products, “Remarketing”-Targeting has been Interacting with people in your website or application, “customer email list”-you can display ads in Gmail to users who provide you with their Gmail email address. Adwords has also begun to automatically create lists of people similar to those in the remarketing list. So if you have a list for remarketing with customers, Adwords will automatically create a list of people with similar profiles and intentions so you can find more new customers.

Placement- Select this option to target users who visit a specific website. Suppose you sell Macbook Pro accessories and know that your potential customers read Macworld.com. You can tell Adwords to only show ads on this site. To make targeting better, you can use “Targeting Preferences” in combination. This means I can show ads to users who read Macworld.com and read articles containing the keyword “Macbook Pro Accessories”.

Demographics-Of course, you can also target users by demographics.

There are now universal app install ads and no optimization options. You assign your budget and Google’s maximum bid to Google, and they decide where and how to display to reach your goal.

Of course, as I said, this is only a small part of what Google Adwords can do.
I think that modern marketers must understand how it works.

11. Bing Ads

Bing advertising is similar to Google Adwords. In my opinion, this is an undervalued and underutilized advertising channel. I saw good results there.

12. Appstore Search Ads

One of the cheapest app installs I got was from Apple’s search ads in its Appstore.
Currently, this feature is super limited, but I can get targeted app installs for less than $1, so I won’t complain.
They work similarly to Google Adwords but apply to its Appstore.
You enter the keywords for which you want to show ads and set a budget.
Currently, you don’t have many options for optimizing your ads, but I think they will appear later.
The coolest thing is that so far, almost no one is using it, so the market will not be saturated at all.

Instant messaging marketing
The future of digital marketing is conducted by many experts.
This year, Facebook began to use Messenger platform SDK to promote real hard message marketing. Compared with previous years, not all messages occur in-browser notifications and push notifications. In this topic, I will show you the methods I tried in the two departments and how they helped me.

13. Manychat

There are many chatbot builders every day. Maybe better than this, but this is the first one I started using, so far, I like it very much.
ManyChat allows you to create a Facebook Messenger bot for marketing, sales, and support. It is simple and free.
First of all, let’s start with a real robot?
A chatbot is a computer program that can simulate a conversation with a person using artificial intelligence. They can transform the way you interact with the Internet from a series of spontaneous tasks to quasi-conversations.
I like Manychat mainly because it is very easy to use. They have a visual drag and drop builder that makes it easy and fun to set up your Facebook Messenger bot. No programming required-just connect your Facebook page to ManyChat and you can start working right away.
You can make a “chatbot” a “subscriber” in many ways.

Bar- the selection bar displayed at the top of the website.

Slide-in—and “accessible” window that slides into view from the edge of the screen.

Modal-A pop-up window that appears in the center of the screen.

Page takeover-an overlay at the top of your entire website.

Button-a basic type of widget, which can be placed anywhere on the website, and can even be embedded in third-party widgets.

Box — An opt-in box that can be embedded anywhere on your website.
Landing Page-The landing page hosted by ManyChat. It is very suitable for use without your website.
Messenger Ref URL-URL with reference code to open your bot page in Messenger. Useful when you want to track the source of traffic or create separate welcome flows for different audiences.
Facebook Ads JSON-With Facebook Ads JSON, you can convert users who click on Facebook Messenger ads into bot subscribers.

Facebook Comments-Facebook Comments growth tool allows you to convert users who comment on specific posts into bot subscribers.

Messenger Code-You can scan the Messenger code to link users to your bot instantly without typing. They are perfect for pasting flyers, advertisements, or anywhere in the real world where you want people to try to use robots.
Customer chat rooms-Embed Facebook customer chat rooms into your website to support and attract visitors directly through Messenger.

So far, for my experiments, most of my messages have got an 80% open rate. Who gets an 80% open rate in email. The number is small, but the marketers are much smaller.
One of my favorite things about Manychat is an automation

14. PushEngage

This is the first and only browser notification service I have used. (No longer use it, because as the number of subscribers and notifications sent increases, it is better to build our own.)

If you are not familiar with browser notifications, here is a brief explanation of their meaning.

Web push notifications are messages from websites. You can get them on your desktop or device even if you don’t open the relevant web pages in your browser. They are brand new/nascent marketing channels that can re-engage your visitors without knowing their email or other contact information.

Of course, for people to receive these notifications, they must choose to receive them. Marketers have found a way to simplify this process as much as possible by offering gifts, e-books, and discount codes.
PushEngage is easy to implement and easy to use.

We achieved very good results when used. For the first notification we sent, our click-through rate was as high as 60% (decreased, but always remained at around 20%, which is very good compared to Display Network and Facebook remarketing campaigns).

I encourage you, that if you start using them without using browser notifications, they will still produce good results even if you are late to the party in most market segments.

15. Leanplum

Mobile devices are a uniquely personal medium that has changed the customer journey. The popularity and proximity of mobile devices make them a powerful tool for marketers to understand and predict customer behavior. As a result, marketers now have the opportunity to respond to user needs, goals, feelings, and expectations through customized experiences both inside and outside of mobile apps.

Leanplum’s new Campaign Composer helps marketers map the customer journey at every touchpoint and build behavior-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns on a personal level. You can now respond to behavioral triggers with campaigns that span pushes notifications, in-app messages, emails, web pushes, app inboxes, and in-app experiences. This is the industry’s first and only solution that enables an end-to-end user experience to build deeper customer relationships.

From creating the best audience size to the right channel selection, marketers will get immediate guidance and feedback at every step of the creation of a marketing campaign. Campaign Composer enables marketers to proactively understand the future impact of campaigns and optimize them to achieve the highest level of engagement. In short, this eliminates guesswork during campaign creation and improves the return on investment of marketing expenses.

Analysis and reporting tools
A person who wants to succeed in the long term must learn how to analyze.
Successful activities or errors can be tracked and optimized.
Here are some of the best Google Analytics tools.

16. Google Analytics

There are many sources of data regarding how many websites use Google Analytics.
Marketing Land said in an article published in 2015 that Google Analytics is used by 30 to 50 million websites.

Other data sources such as W3Techs indicate that 54.9% of all websites use Google Analytics, that is, the market share of traffic analysis tools is 83.5%.
Either way, no matter how many websites use it, it is one of the most popular analysis tools in the world. If you are a Digital Marketer, Growth hacker, Marketing Manager, or even CEO, you must learn how to use it.
With Google Analytics, you can track all the information about your users, even the resolution screens they use.

You can create various reports to learn more about who uses the service.
Where do they come from, and which channel provides the most sales opportunities, sales, downloads, etc?
You can even perform A/B testing using the new Google Optimize platform. It is very simple and integrated with Google Analytics, so you can view the results immediately and make the best decisions based on the data.
It is important to keep the test for at least 7–14 days, and not to stop the test after 2–3 days. In this way, Google Analytics will help you in the best way and more accurately.
If you know how to use it, and if you spend more time understanding it, then it will be very useful.
This is a link to the Google Analytics Academy.

17. Facebook Analytics

Facebook has recently gone in the direction of becoming a whole in one Marketing platform.
The Facebook Analytics for Apps recently came out of beta and it is one of the most powerful analytics for apps tools there is if not the most powerful one.
Why am I saying that?
Well on the platform you can everything you need to know about a user.
It is by far one of the most accurate demographic segmentation ever.
And that’s not all. If you don’t know the Facebook Applications has a lot of permissions that you grant when you install it.

But the true power of it comes when you set it up just like they want you to.
With events.

You see with Facebook analytics for apps you can track specific actions that users have taken in your app and create a segment to target them.

Yes.
You can show ads to people based on specific events.

For instance, you can show personalized ads to people that haven’t completed the level of your game or give a discount to people that were one step away from subscribing to your service.
Also, you can create Lookalike audiences for those segments but and I will talk about why this is amazing when we get to the Facebook Ads tool.

Last but not least there are “Push Campaigns”.
Push Campaigns feature is part of the Facebook Analytics for Apps SDK and it allows you to send Push Notifications to your users totally for FREE!

There are two types of Push Notifications

In-app Notifications — Pop-up screens that show up while the user is in your application

Push Notifications — Notifications when the user is not using your application
The best part is that you can use Push Campaigns with the Events and instead of paying for ads you can get to your users for free.

Another cool thing in 2017 is that Facebook analytics is no longer just about apps.
You can use it for Facebook Pixel.

This way, you can get Facebook profiles about people who visit your website, and in-depth information about people who become potential customers and customers. This is an important step because you can understand who your customers are and you can learn how to position them more precisely.

Like the Apps analysis here, you can also create audiences based on specific operations and use them for targeting in the Ads Manager or Power Editor.

Its design is very intuitive and features “automatic insights” that are collected by Facebook Analytics AI and displayed to you at the top of the “Overview” page. This feature is still in beta, but it works well so far.

You can now also see where the user came from.

The insights are not as detailed as those detailed in Google Analytics, but they can provide you with an excellent overview. For example, you can view the main sources of traffic. The main ones are recommendations, direct, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), self-recommendations (subdomains you own), search engines, etc.
The retention map is getting more and more accurate.

All Facebook Analytics for apps and pixels are becoming more and more accurate and useful.

18. Yandex Metrica

Yandex is equivalent to Google in Russian, so they have their own Google Analytics.
Yandex Metrika is best at two things.

Free heat maps-Heat maps show where people click on your website. Most heat map tools are paid, but this is not, pretty good.

Video recording—When it is enabled, Yandex allows you to watch what users do on your website. Yes, video. You cannot see the user password, but you can see everything else, so please use it with caution and make sure to mention the password in the terms of service.

19. Google Data Studio

Google Data Studio (beta) turns your data into rich dashboards and reports that are easy to read, share, and fully customizable. Dashboards allow you to tell great data stories to support better decisions.

One of the biggest challenges of reporting and data analysis is to access and integrate all the data. Data Studio simplifies the process by providing the required pre-built data connectors.

Once you have the original data, you usually need to transform it into more complete and meaningful information. Data Studio can transform data dimensions and indicators into powerful charts and graphs.

No coding skills are required, and perhaps its coolest feature is the sharing option. You can share reports with just two clicks, whether using email or just sending the link to someone or a group of people.

20. Webris SEO Report Tool

Everyone makes some kind of report every month. This is a very good SEO made by WEBRIS.
I talked to Ryan and he told me that they went through dozens of tools before deciding to use Google Data Studio to build their report templates.

This is why they use Google Data Studio and what you can do with the report.
Connect to Google properties

Extract information from all the data sources needed to build a correct report. Just build a visual dashboard to understand its appearance and browse key data.

Connect to non-Google properties
You can export data from other tools in Google Sheets (ie keyword ranking tracking, project management information, CRM data, etc.), and then push it to Data Studio. In other words, you can extract data from anywhere and format it into a branded automated SEO report template.
Once you master it, it is very easy to use.

21. Color Picker

In this way, you can choose any color from any web page. It’s great when creating a design or landing page.

22. Google Analytics URL Builder

To understand the exact source of your users when you are advertising or conducting a certain PR campaign, it is best to tag them so that they can get data in Google Analytics. So far, this Chrome extension is the best extension I have found.

23. Tag Assistant

Using Google Tag Assistant, you can easily check whether all Google tags are installed correctly

24. FB Pixel Helper

Like Google Tag Assistant, you can check whether Facebook Pixel is installed correctly and what events it sends.

25. Google Tag Manager

Therefore, if you have a website and want to track a lot of content, you must place a lot of code in various places on the website. I must assure you that one of them must be loaded before the others and the others, and you don’t want to do that.
Google Tag Manager is responsible for all these tasks.

You can put all the codes in GTM and then put the “only one” code on your website.
If you are not familiar with the concepts of basic HTML, event tracking, and how the website works, you may be a little overwhelmed, but there are plenty of tutorials to make everything clear.
Check out this playlist made by Ryan Stewart.

26. Data Scraper

With this tool, you can grab and download any type of data from the website. You just need to define the filter and download the spreadsheet.
When I display a campaign on Google Adwords, I usually use it.
What I want to do is to tell Google to show me the first 100 results of a given query by adding %var% at the end of the link when I execute a certain query and download them.
Then, I just put the link in Google Adwords so that specific ads can be displayed in those specific articles.
You can also do this to crawl the site for promotion.

27. Google Analytics Debugger

With this tool, you can check whether all Google Analytics events are triggered, as they were supposed to, without entering the real-time view of Google Analytics.

28. Pocket

I save everything I need to read later in Pocket.
One of its cool features is that through the iOS app, it can read your articles, so you can listen to them while running, exercising, driving, or commuting. You can use tags to create categories to find links faster.
You can store every link you need later.

29. Cloud Save

pCloud Save allows you to directly save web images, videos, audiobooks, etc. to your pCloud account from the context menu. Easily get a copy of your favorite web content, and then access it from your mobile phone, laptop, and the web.
Right-click on the file you want to save and select “Save to pCloud” from the context menu. Do you want to save multiple images at once? Each time you select an image, press and hold the Alt key on the keyboard. Then, click the Save to pCloud button at the bottom of the screen to confirm the upload.

Every time you save to pCloud, you will receive a notification with detailed information about the location of the file in pCloud and shortcut access.

30. Bootstrap Studio

This is an excellent tool built with Electron Framework that enables you to create excellent responsive landing pages as well as the front end of your entire website.
It has two options.

You can build pages by drag and drop, or you can write code as needed.
The awesome thing is that it has a large number of predefined sections, if you happen to not like one of them, you can easily edit it with HTML, CSS, Javascript editors, or you can use special sections to make you Just type the text you want and change the color or width of the element.
Everything you do will be updated in front of you in real-time, and you can see how the page looks on different devices.

It is very easy to use, but if you are new to HTML and CSS, you may need more time to learn how to make the most of it.

31. Canva

If you are not a designer, you need to create some pictures for your website’s ads. Canva is your savior.
Its purpose is to provide you with tools to easily create great designs in just a few minutes.
Of course, you must know what you want to do, otherwise, it may take more time to work with Canva instead of just paying professional fees.

It has many options, and you can create almost anything.
I tested Canva first to prove my agreement with the designer.

To be clear, it can never replace professional designers, but if you want to complete your work with high quality, you can use Canva.

32. Flatpack

Flatpack is a drag-and-drop landing page designer. I am not saying that those tools can replace designers or front-end developers. With Flatpack tho, you can create a login page very quickly.
It is very easy to use and a bit self-explanatory.

You select an element and place it in the desired location, then use the settings to play it.
A quick test is great. Its price is $18, which is amazing!

I highly recommend it!

33. Marvellapp

A great tool for prototyping and collaboration on application and website mockups.
It is integrated with the most popular tools used by designers and has many cool features that make it easier for you to deal with how certain things work!

34. Igloo

Inspiration website
Everyone needs inspiration. Here are some tools I use to view best practices and interesting ideas.

35. Adespresso ads

As far as I know, this started as a side project of AdEspresso, and I think it’s great.
With this tool, you can enter keywords or company names, and it will show you what kind of Facebook ads they are/are running.

36. Lapa. ninja

This is my favorite website for landing page inspiration.

It has screenshots of many websites and login pages in one place. If you feel that you need to get inspiration from website design, please browse for a while.

37. Behance

Perhaps the most famous and largest designer portfolio website in the world.
If you need to inspire in various ways, not only in web design, but also in architecture, typography, motion graphics, or anything related to designers, then this is your place to try.
If you want to find a good designer to do something for you, that’s great.

38. Dribbble

My favorite designer portfolio website. Here you can see case studies, animations, logo designs, and all designers related to big companies or really good freelancers.

You can keep up with the latest trends and learn a lot. In addition, most of the things posted are great!

39. Unsplash

This is the best site for me to find great free photos. Whenever I need some great landing pages, advertisements, or emails, or just want to browse ideas, I visit this great place.
Another thing is that I like the culture of the people behind this awesome project!
Make sure to check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Email tool
Email is still the lowest cost-per-conversion channel.
These are some tools I use to find someone’s email or to fully automate the customer or outreach process.

40. Headreach

HeadReach is a simple exploration tool for marketers and salespeople. It can help you find the right decision-maker and its email without having to pay for a LinkedIn premium account or spend a lot of time using a lot of other email lookup tools. You simply enter the company name, domain name, or personal name, and the tool will find the right person. You can use HeadReach to find professionals in your field to write review articles, promote content, or find the right people responsible for popular media. For example, you can search for all editors in TechCrunch, Forbes, and Entrepreneur magazines with one search.

41. Buzzstream

This is one of the best tools for researching influencers in a personalized and efficient way, connecting with them and connecting with them and managing the relationship with them. You can find information on various people who are considered influential people in various niche markets. It’s easy to track conversations, and you can also set reminders for follow-up emails.

42. Pitchbox

I mainly use Pitchbox for promotional activities, because if you automate it expectedly, you can expand the promotional activities very quickly. After all, it takes very little time for you.

43. Active Campaign

One of the best email automation tools. Within a few hours of using it, you can set up the entire customer journey, from registering a user to sending him personalized emails based on his behavior. It’s not cheap, but it’s super easy to use, and if set up correctly, it will be very powerful.

Project management tools
The most difficult part of a successful project maybe its management.
Teamwork is essential.
Here are some tools to help you collaborate faster even with people on the other side of the planet

44. pCloud

As you can see, I am a member of the pCloud team
pCloud is cloud storage. For those who don’t know what cloud storage is, it’s a place where you can store all your files and access them on any device at any time. It’s a bit like Dropbox, but it’s better. I will tell you why below.
From day one, cloud storage has become crucial to me. I like it for two reasons.
Organization-I like everything organized and easy to find, so this is perfect for me. You can organize files and folders as needed.

Access-As I said, since it is cloud storage, you can access all files on any device you want
Collaboration-one of the main reasons you need to start using such services immediately. You can invite people to visit the folders you own so that you can work on projects together. Of course, you can grant users specific permissions. You can also create download links so that people can download the content or files to be sent. It’s easy. In addition, you can create an upload link. This means that you grant permission to upload files in the folder without the user being in the service.

Backup-You can use cloud storage as a backup service for the most files you want to keep.
Stream music and videos-With pCloud, you can stream any music or video files in full quality (as long as our internet is good enough) on any device you want in your account. Of course, as long as you mark a file for offline use, you can also access it offline.
Therefore, all these functions are essential for cloud storage, and most services have these functions. Let me tell you why you should choose pCloud and why it is better than others.
Therefore, in addition to every cloud storage that has all the features of pCloud, some very cool features make it an amazing service.

pCloud Drive — pCloud Drive is a desktop application of pCloud. What it does is that it creates a virtual drive on your computer and does not use its storage space. It also retains files like Dropbox and Google Drive. This means that you can access and use all files as you would a computer without taking up any storage space on them. This is especially surprising for Mac users because new versions of hard drives cannot be upgraded. This is a video telling me how to get 2.7 TB of storage space on a 512 GB Macbook Pro Retina.

Of course, for this to work, you need to be connected to the Internet, but there is nothing to worry about because if you know you will not have the Internet, you can always use pCloud’s Sync feature to access files offline. This way, you will sync the folder with your pCloud account or sync it to your pCloud account, you can use the files offline, and when you are online again, all the changes you make will be automatically uploaded to the cloud.

2. Speed-I just watch the next video

3. Security-pCloud has a feature that ensures that only you can access certain files. It is called pCloud Crypto. When you choose to join pCloud Crypto, you will create a Crypto folder. It provides client-side encryption, that is, the encryption process is performed on your device. The encrypted version of the file has been uploaded to the server. Even pCloud as a service provider will not know the type of data you store in your account. Your files can only be encrypted and decrypted using Crypto Pass. Please be careful because if you lose or forget your password pass, you cannot return the file because even pCloud’s Sys Admins cannot decrypt the folder.

4. Password-protected download link-you can set the password and validity period on the download link (advanced features)

5. Remote download-this is one of my favorite features. You can download any file to your pCloud account from a direct link (a link ending in .pdf, .mp3, .mp4, .pptx, .mov, etc., basically any file) via a server-to-server Internet connection Medium (very very fast)

6. Mobile apps-iOS and Android apps are fully functional, which means you can do everything you can do on other platforms (share links and folders, encrypt files, stream videos, and music, etc.).

7. pCloud Rewind-pCloud Rewind allows you to restore all content in your account to the previous version within the past 30 days. You can browse all unencrypted files freely, and restore or download them.
If you decide to restore the files, they will be copied to the “rewind” folder in the main directory of the current folder structure. For example, if you recover 5 files from February 1, 2017, at 1:30 pm, you will find a file named “Recover 5 files from February 1, 2017, at 13:30 in the “Rewind” folder “Subfolders. After that, you can move the file to any location in your account.

8. Public folder-A public folder is a special folder in the pCloud file structure that allows you to create direct links to files and folders.

45. Todoist

It works like a file server for static content, but you don’t have to run the file server on your home computer. By default, there will be no public folders in your account. Instead, you need to enable it from the “Public” subsection of the “File” section of the left menu. As an advanced feature, public folders are included in all advanced and business plans. Free users can use public folders for free for 7 days.
These apps have other functions. They can free up space on your phone. When you use pCloud to get 500GB of 2 TB storage and install the app, you need to turn on the automatic upload feature, which will upload all your photos and videos to the cloud. After uploading files, you can automatically delete them from your phone with one click, and you can still access them in pCloud Apps.
There are many other features, I hope to help you with because we put a lot of work to compete with services such as Dropbox and Google Drive and make things better than them.

46. Jira

I tried a lot of to-do lists and so far this is the best for me. I like it because the design is super clean. One of my favorite things is that managing projects are very easy.

First of all, you can use different colors for each item, if you can do more than 2-3 operations, it’s great.

Second, you can create subprojects. So, for example, if you are a person, who can manage many projects, such as a project manager, which will be very useful for you.

last but not least. You can move items by drag and drop, so you can arrange them as you like in a few seconds.
Another cool thing is that you can collaborate on projects in Todoist.

You can assign tasks to your colleagues.
This is not the most complicated to-do list, I think this is why I like it.

47. Confluence

Therefore, if you are not used to using to-do lists, you may find Jira a little overwhelmed.
It is very suitable for software development and working on larger projects. It can be customized in any way you want.
Because it is more complicated at first, it may be more difficult to use, but once you master it, it can be very useful.

48. Evernote

Confluence is a project organization tool. What it does is provide you with a place to organize everything you need when managing a project.

You can create a team, you can upload a design, and you can discuss everything with annotations.
This is a great tool, but suitable for larger projects.

Evernote is a great place to store ideas. The great thing is that you can sync it to all devices.
Therefore, when you want to remember something and record it on your phone, it will instantly sync across all devices, and you can continue to do it on your desktop.

Another cool thing is that you can share everything you create with others and work together.

And it’s not just taking notes. You can scan documents, attach PDFs and images, and save important emails. Bonus: It will sync on all your devices.

49. Slack

There are two aspects.
Those who think it will destroy productivity and those who think it will improve productivity.

On the one hand, it is heavily integrated with the most popular work tools used by the team.
It also has robots that can perform many different operations.
So, in a sense, it helps when you send a lot of emails.

This is a great article with 22 Slack hacks, so you can use it better.
On the other hand, for some teams, Slack has become a tool that hinders productivity.
I say this because in many cases, people find themselves chatting about things that have nothing to do with what they have to do.

Chatting is addictive. Some people even think that leisure time will disrupt the work-life balance because you will constantly feel that you will miss something without looking at it.

Digital Marketing Blog
For marketers, the most valuable tools are knowledge and practice. This is why I think a good blog is a tool. By reading and watching the video, I learned a lot of things I know.
This is my list of the best marketing blogs.

50. Sumo.com Blog

The sumo.com blog, especially the growth research of Chris Von Wilpert, is one of the best sources of inspiration for marketing ideas this year.

Essentially, these are the marketing strategies of some of the largest successful companies in the world, and these strategies can be broken down into very simple steps.

These studies are supported by data, and this is what I like most about them.

I think they are a must-read book, not only for their depth but also for the thoughts you get after reading them.

51. Digital marketer

There is one of the best marketing blogs. Because of such blogs, I don’t need to pay $1000-$2000 for marketing online courses. Here you can find all the knowledge you need to be a great online marketer. There are hundreds of articles that provide useful tips and expert advice.

There are case studies and step-by-step guides, spreadsheet examples, and some “tricks” that can take you to the next level.

It absolutely must be followed!

52. Webris

This is my favorite marketing blog. I love people like Ryan, they are very transparent and honest.
He shared a lot of useful things, and to be honest, I am glad that not many people know him and his blog. The things he shared are so good.

You can view his videos on YouTube. They are a bit long, but they are well worth it.

If you are a junior marketer, you need to read everything there.

53. Neil Patel Blog

Neil Patel is the true definition of a growth hacker. His articles are super long but very valuable.

He is a continuously successful entrepreneur, and, surprisingly, he shared the tips and tricks used to grow his business.

You can check out his $100K challenge.

54. Medium

In my opinion, Medium is a reading social network. In my opinion, this is the best place to find interesting things to read and learn.

If you arrange the “Newsfeed” correctly, you may stay here for a few hours.
By the way, if you want to learn but don’t want to read or don’t have time to read a 2–3–4k word article, this is the Chrome extension you need:

When you are in the “medium” state, it will automatically broadcast a “play” button at the bottom of the screen, and when you click it, it will start reading the article. I use it a lot and I am really important.

55. Search Engine Land

If you are a digital marketer who specializes in SEO, SEM, and PPC, you need to add a bookmark on this website. All content related to these three categories is usually posted here first.

56. Ahrefs Blog

Just like DigitalMarketer, Ryan Stewart, and Neil Patel, I like Ahrefs blog because they share amazing case studies, and all the content they write is strongly supported by data. As I said, I made it based on data Decision-making.

Numbers never lie.

57. Jon Loomer Blog

I think Jon is one of the best and most useful bloggers related to Facebook Marketing.

If you are a junior user of Facebook’s advanced advertisers, you can always learn new knowledge from his articles.
His step-by-step guide is very easy to follow, and everything is explained in a very easy-to-understand way.

He often publishes experimental results, which is what I have read the most from him, but if you only start with Facebook ads, Jon’s blog is one of the best places to learn, if not the best place to learn.

58. Hubspot Blog

Hubspot’s blog is another treasure. There you can find various articles on how to get more traffic based on data. They have a lot of free tools to help you, so follow the blog because they often include it in a large number of articles.

59. Content Marketing Institute Blog

Great content marketing blog.

60. Buffer Blog

I like the Buffer blog because they are super transparent. They share everything on the journey.

61. GrooveHQ Blog

Like the Buffer blog, I like Groove because they take us through the entire journey. Their content contains good advice, especially for startups.

You can learn a lot. From marketing strategy to leadership and team building.
Make sure to check them out.

62. MOZ Blog

Another data-packed blog. I like Friday’s whiteboard. To be honest, Rand Fishkin is good at explaining things. He can explain the most complicated things in a way that you can immediately understand.
His role model is always good, and you can learn a lot from him.
The MOZ blog is very useful for both beginners and experienced marketers.
There is something that can move your mind there.

63. Adespresso Blog

Last but not least is the Adespresso blog. Adespresso is a tool that can help you optimize Facebook Ads in the best way.
