ByteCode and its sister concerns have been providing web development and digital marketing services to national and international clients since 2012. We are very humble to have an opportunity to work for your Go Travel Global Ltd and putting our proposal to build a website as per your requirements. ByteCode firmly believes that this initiative will create a positive predisposition towards the brand, through effective development & advertising so that your potential visitors and their FNFs considers Go Travel Global Ltd whenever they need Travel or Holiday Club Membership Services for themselves or for their well-wishers.

For Go Travel Global Ltd to continue to grow it needs to effectively provide customers with the ability to easily purchase Travel or Holiday Club Membership Services / Plans.
Digital Media / Web Portal is a two-way communication medium unlike any other, brands can translate these interactions into profitable engagements if interpreted correctly. It also provides the brand with a platform through which they can increase usability, visibility, communicate with the potential consumer, gain feedback & take interaction to the next level. Engagement of ByteCode for the web & digital marketing campaign will enable Go Travel Global Ltd to keep track of every visit and interactions potential clients make. Armed with this information, we can plan our next move and convert to more visits to turn into permanent customer or beneficiary of Go Travel Global Ltd.

According to your information, we have found many successful online/offline travel business throughout the world. In the India, we have found one particular market leader clubmahindra as the current market leader. clubmahindra is a national & international brand which started operation 10 years ago and has successfully partnered with many resorts. They have a strong database of hundreds of resorts and have captured almost 40% of the current travel market.
According to our experts, we are focusing on clubmahindra to make the best strategy and considering it the main competitor in the market. We have prepared this proposal regarding what we should do to launch a successful online travel web portal/application for a successful business ahead.
Right now clubmahindra has more than 1,801,080 fans on their Facebook Page. So we are going to deal with an adamant competitor in the market. They are also very much active in other social media.
The new site will need to enable customers to:
Purchase Holiday Membership Plans online
Quickly search the large selection of Favorite Resort
Pay for purchases using PayPal or credit cards
Create wish lists and Favorite Resort via a customer portal
Track order, travel, point, EMI and view others history
Additionally, the website must feature original unique design elements with UI & UX, as well as an easy to use content management system.
Solution
We recommend the development of a customized website and e-commerce system to meet the unique needs of Go Travel Global Ltd.
We are aiming to take the following activities during our engagement:
ByteCode will design and develop a dynamic website with the scope of a future extension to e-commerce (if necessary), forum and any other service required by you (for example web portal/online education portal/ support portal or mobile application or travel games). The server and database will be created and maintained by ByteCode. ByteCode will be responsible for creating contents (if you allow us), managing administrative tasks, creating and designing interactive user designs (e.g. Banners, specification, and relevant content (need Approval ) etc.).
First of all, ByteCode will perform the website design in the assigned domain to create a mobile friendly and interactive website on your preferred domain. The website design will be finalized by Go Travel Global Ltd according to design patterns and branding collaboration. ByteCode will submit the whole source code and all the administrative access to you.

Fee Schedule
The above pricing is effective through 01/09/2019. One half of total project fee is due upon contract acceptance with the remainder due upon project completion. Monthly and yearly items will be billed one month in advance with net-10 terms.
Next Steps
To proceed with this project, Go Travel Global Ltd is required to take the following steps:
Accept the proposal as is or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply. Finalize and sign the contract. Submit an initial payment of 50% of the total project fee.
Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project with a kick-off meeting to introduce relevant personnel and begin preliminary project activities.
Terms and Conditions
Once project fee is paid in full to ByteCode any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Go Travel Global Ltd for inclusion in the website are owned by Go Travel Global Ltd.
ByteCode assumes Go Travel Global Ltd has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by Go Travel Global Ltd for inclusion in the website and will hold harmless, protect, and defend ByteCode from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.
ByteCode retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. ByteCode also retains the right to place a text link on the bottom of every page.
This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of Go Travel Global Ltd and ByteCode. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, Go Travel Global Ltd agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Dhaka and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Dhaka.
The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Go Travel Global Ltd and the ByteCode regarding all items included in this agreement.
We have the team to do the following things:

Launching occasional campaigns to build the relevance to increase top of mind awareness in addition to aligning with the above the line and below the line of development & marketing
- Technical Issue: Page Speed, Mobile Friendly, AMP, Fb Instant Article Setup, On Page SEO Setup, Off Page SEO Setup, You have to do all the things almost regularly.
- Placement Management: Creating a meaningful omnipresence; whenever people search for travel, holiday/info category, they get to see Go Travel Global Ltd. Bringing media innovations to get the maximum output from the communications we will push
- Engagement Management: Creating brand Innovative properties for which the brands will be known for and people would love to interact. To generate the top of mind awareness among the people and young generation through effective engagement ByteCode take care of all activities in consultation with the Go Travel Global Ltd decision makers.
- Target Results: A fully functional dynamic website & Increase the brand value, bring more customers as well as income (approximate $200000 /month) in Go Travel Global Ltd and get value for money of this engagement.
